Timothy E. Bey, 38 ,of Buffalo, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2018. He was born July 3rd, 1979 in Warsaw, New York to Matthew W. and Melody A. (Merkle) Bey. In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother, Daniel M. Bey and niece, Arianna L. Bey, both of Kenmore, New York. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and godchildren. He was a friend to all who knew him and loved life to its fullest. He is pre-deceased by his Grandparents, Willard S. and Norma (Preston) Bey and Ellsworth C. and Geraldine (Sondericker) Merkle.
Timothy is a 1997 Graduate of Attica Central High School and a 2001 Graduate of Niagara University. He was a Senior Systems Consultant with Key Bank in Buffalo. He had a heart of gold and ironically it was that heart that became too weak to allow him to be with his family and friends here on earth any longer. His family is very thankful to the Cardiac Transplant Unit at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY for the care and compassion shown to Tim for the past few months.
Timothy had a passion for golf, fishing, virtual reality and travel. He had a very competitive nature and could come up with trivia and facts to fit any conversation he was involved in. “Uncle Timmy” was the fun Uncle to many children.
