Nancy Schiller

Nancy A. Schiller, 79, of Attica, New York, passed away on June 29, 2026 at Charlotte House Comfort Care, North Java. 

She was born on January 15, 1947, in Batavia, a daughter of the late Samuel and Agatha (Gioia) Scibetta.

Nancy married the love of her life, James Schiller, on June 3, 1972. Together they built a loving home where they raised their four wonderful children and created countless cherished memories along the way. Nancy delighted in hosting Tupperware and Avon parties, bringing friends and neighbors together with her warm hospitality. A longtime member of St. Vincent's Church, her faith remained an important part of her life. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting, cooking, gardening, and listening to music from her extensive record collection, which numbered in the thousands. Above all, Nancy treasured her family, who were the greatest joy and center of her life.

Nancy leaves behind the love of her life, James "Jim" Schiller; children, Stephen Schiller, Deborah (Richard Gardner) Schiller, Katherine (Christopher) Hahn, and Michael Schiller; grandchildren, Scott Botsford, Noah Botsford, Robin Freaney, Brianna Nancy (Nicholas) Giardini, and Lucas Hahn; close friends, Bonnie (Joseph) Sczpanski, Pat (Richard) Anger, Pam (Daniel) Norcross, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In death, Nancy is reunited with her parents, Samuel and Agatha Scibetta; sisters, Mary Grace (George) Wlazlak, and Betty Lou Scibetta; granddaughter, Brittany Botsford. 

Friends and family are invited to call on Thursday, July 2, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Marley Funeral Home, 135 Main Street, Attica. Nancy's funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 3, 2026 at 11:00 am at Ss. Joachim & Anne (St. Vincent Worship Site, Attica), 50 East Ave Attica, NY 14011. Burial will follow at St. Vincent Cemetery, Attica.
