Linda Roth (Talbot), age 73, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025, surrounded by her family. A woman of deep and steady faith, Linda began and ended her days reading scripture, finding comfort in God’s word and in the gospel music that filled her home.
Linda had a joyful spirit and a creative soul. She loved painting ceramics, discovering little treasures on QVC and Temu, and never missed her favorite Arabian soap operas. She also cherished her days spent shopping and eating at Denny’s with her daughter, Karie. These simple pleasures brought her happiness, but her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Nothing made her light up more than time spent with them.
She is survived by her siblings, Eric Roth (Wilma) and Valerie Roth Wilson (Don); her children, Karie Bristow and Jim Bristow (Nicole); her grandchildren Tyler, Chandler, Landyn, Dustin, Devin, and Daynin; and her great-grandchildren Dawson, Lainah, and Dallas. Each of them carries forward her love, her laughter, and the warmth she shared so freely.
Linda is reunited in Heaven with her beloved daughter Tammy, her parents Mildred and Orval, and her sisters Carol and Delores. Her family takes comfort in knowing she is at peace, held in God’s embrace and surrounded by those she has long missed.
Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service honoring Linda on Friday, November 28th at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery (40 High Street, Attica, NY). In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Gateway Home, 91 Main Street, Attica, New York 14011.
