John L. Saravullo

John L. Saravullo, 59, of Pavilion passed away on Sunday June 4, 2017 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. He was born on January 31, 1958 in Elmira. John is predeceased by his mother Helen Rose Saravullo and a daughter Amanda Jean Saravullo.

John was a fun loving husband, father and friend to many people. He was a retired Corrections Officer for the Attica Correctional Facility in Attica, NY. John enjoyed many outside activities including fishing, hunting, camping, riding his motorcycle and just being around family and friends, as well as his pets. He was also a great story teller and had a love for NASCAR and Buffalo Bills Football.

He is survived by his loving wife; Bonnie Saravullo of Pavilion; son Nick Saravullo of Pavilion; mother and father in law; several brother and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

There will be no prior calling hours. A 10:00AM Memorial Mass will be held on Friday June 9, 2017 at St. Joachim & Anne Parish 50 East Ave. Attica, NY 14011. Interment will be held privately for the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Pavilion Fire Department at 11302 Lake Street, Pavilion, NY 14525.
