Edward Gecewicz

Edward Gecewicz, 50, of Lancaster, NY passed away peacefully on June 11, 2018. Eddie was born in Buffalo on April 17, 1968.

Ed graduated from Attica High School. He loved camping and working on race cars. He was known by many and loved by all and touched the lives of many people in his community and was always willing to help a friend out with his generous acts of servitude and his gracious heart. We were all blessed to have known Ed. He is blessed to be in heaven and heaven is blessed to have him.

He is survived by his father; Jerry Gecewicz; mother Pat Haller Garrett; stepfather Ken Garrett; brother Todd Gecewicz; nephew Conner; niece Grace and friend Wendy Bishop.

A visitation will be held on Friday June 15, 2018 from 2:00 – 5:00PM at Marley Funeral Home, LLC. 135 Main Street Attica, New York 14011. A 1:00PM Celebration of Eddie’s life will be held on Saturday June 16, 2018 at the Bennington Lanes on Clinton St. in Bennington, NY.
